Job Description:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the property.
You will be the first person to notice any suspicious activity or activity that violates the rules of the property.
A security officer must be well-trained and experienced in investigating crimes.
The goal is to help maintain a clean and healthy environment so that residents and guests feel safe.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays Must have a reliable vehicle with good driving record Pass drug test and background check (not in security profession)
Responsibilities:
Patrol area regularly to maintain order and establish presence Monitor area outside perimeter including back gate and front gate (including all gates, locks, and sensors) Monitor area inside the property (including offices, common areas, stairwells, stairways, stairway gates, common areas gates, etc.
)to maintain security presence Investigate any suspicious activity or persons Investigate alarms triggered by violence or fires Investigate incidents within property (e.
g.
theft, vandalism) Respond to calls from residents or visitors emergency procedures in established time limits
