They commonly perform this job by greeting customers as they enter the store, helping them find what they're looking for, and with any questions they may have.
When working as a gas station Associate, you may be responsible for multiple tasks at once.
This can include checking out customers, restocking shelves, accepting payments, kitchen duties and operating the cash register.
Being able to multitask will help you complete your duties more efficiently.
Responsibilities Operating the cash register and running credit card transactions Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Maintaining the inventory of products on store shelves Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Cleaning the inside & outside of the gas station including sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking inventory Skills Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales Basic PC knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Good math skills Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented High school degree Job Types:
