EBSCO is looking for general labor to assist in the landscape and upkeep of a property located near Moundville, AL. This individual will be required to landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following:
sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking. The worker may also be asked to look after lifestock by cleaning and maintaining stalls and feed distribution.

Work hours can range between 30-40 hours per week.

Basic
Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with tractors and heavy equipment

- Previous work experience with landscaping
- Experience in taking care of farming animals to include clearing away animal waste and clean and sterilizing farm equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat and/or cold with extended exposure to the sun

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
